During NSW Seniors Week (18-25 March 2012), older Australians living in Batemans Bay can take advantage of a special Wills Day on Wednesday 21 March, when they can book a free all-in-one legal life-planning appointment to arrange a Power of Attorney and to make or update their Will.
Legal life planning involves spending time considering your future and how you would look after yourself if your circumstances change. This may include making a Power of Attorney, writing or updating your Will, setting up trusts and is important for every older person.
Charges apply on estate administration only.
