Shoalhaven Council senior strategic planner Susan Edwards said  construction of the entire play space was progressing well. 

“So far, we have managed to minimise any delays due to the weather, which means we are still aiming to have it completed in October,” she said. 

“The lift and change facilities building is also moving forward, with the roof about to be installed.

“Work on the climbing and slide structure is well advanced, with the top slab poured last week.

“Various bits of other play equipment have been ordered and are either on their way or currently being fabricated offsite.”

When finished, Livvi's Place will be the first of its kind in the Shoalhaven.
