The might of the Milton Platypi take on the Bombala Bluetongues this Saturday at Frogs Holla at 3pm.
With the fight well and truly on for the last semi final position, the boys will need all the support they can get against the man mountains from the deep south. So come along and wear your colours.
With the Platypi back to full strength after a two-week lay off, they should be charging at the bit and revved up for an explosive first 10 minutes. Expect fireworks from Yoshi Yamimoto, in possibly his farewell appearance, and tough hard edged defence from Adam Hardy, as he and the Marchello brothers attempt to shut down the mid field. Watch the Beauchamp and Hulbert brothers, fresh from rep duties, mow down everything in their path.
RESULTS AND LADDER

The three ‘Bs’, Batemans Bay, Bombala and Bermagui/Cobargo, have skipped away leaving Milton, Braidwood and Narooma to fight it out for the last final position. Only three points separate these teams and each home game has become a must win for the young Milton outfit.
Wily head coach Peter Smith has been preparing this squad like a fine thoroughbred. The skill set is in place and the conditioning has begun to make a difference. The boys are rounding the bend and are well positioned behind the leaders to make their move. They must build momentum starting this weekend and prove to both themselves, and the opposition, that they are true finals contenders.
There will be plenty of teams hoping not to come up against Milton in August, as they know we are hard to score tries against.
