The event is so popular people started taking their wares into the Milton showground from midday on Saturday and many slept overnight at the showground or at local accommodation so they could be there bright and early on Sunday morning.
Shoppers and stallholders were lined up at 6am at the gates and the excitement and rush for bargains began immediately the gates were opened.
Feedback from shoppers was positive and most site holders said they would be back again because they loved the site and the area generally.
Again this year the swap meet promises something for everyone.
The most popular items at the swap meet are car or bike parts or other collectables, while collectors can swap or buy items that excite their passions.
However mostly people use the day to sell all those trinkets and items that have been cluttering the garage or shed for years.
Sites can be booked by anyone with something to sell.
If you have a garage full of gear and you want to clear it out, book a site and spend a few hours Sunday morning selling it off. To obtain a site for $20 contact Phil Brown on 4454 5900.
All money will be used by the club to support local charities and volunteer organisations.
Car parking is available on the site free of charge and is supervised by Rotary Club members.
There is food available, rides and entertainment for kids, hot rods and vintage and classic car displays, so please come along and support your local charities and have a great time Sunday May 26 6:30am till mid-afternoon at Milton Showground, Croobyar Road Milton.
A $4 donation to charity will be collected at the gates.
