The 21-year-old from Busselton in Western Australia was fully dressed in Stormtrooper costume as part of a marathon trek raising money for the Children's Starlight Foundation.
As they have every day since Jacob's journey commenced in July last year, motorists stopped alongside the Princes Highway to take photos and ask the West Australian what he was doing.
Many donated to the cause, helping take his fundarising tally to almost $100,000 - double what he had planned to raise after commencing his Trooper Trek 2011.
Jacob left Batemans Bay on Thursday morning and spent Thursday night in Ulladulla before continuing his journey early the next day.
He was scheduled to finish his journey in Sydney this week, where he was planning to remain in Sydney and rest before flying home to Busselton after the Easter break.
He said his home region was very similar to the South Coast - but nowhere near as hilly.
Jacob came up with the idea for the epic walk after visiting sick children in hospital through his involvement in the worldwide 501st Legion - a volunteer organisation that uses Star Wars-related events to raise money for charity.
