Russian, German, French and Italian courses are offered in the Harry Higgs room in Milton.
This year the Russian Easter dates coincide with the Australian festival.
The U3A Russian language class celebrated in the last week of term with a feast of Russian food traditionally eaten at Easter, egg cracking games and a gift of decorated eggs.
The Russian language group celebrates five years together this year and would like to thank their wonderful teachers - Irene Mitchell and Valerie Barnes.
It's great to have the opportunity to learn Russian in a small town.
Many U3A groups are very social occasions as the participants get to know each other well over the weeks, months or years that the group meets for.
The University of the Third Age is a world-wide organisation that is run by volunteer members.
The U3A provides activities, courses and groups for people who are retired or no longer in full time employment.
These courses are run by members and reflect the skills and interests of the community.
New members are always welcome at the U3A.
There are many opportunities to share your knowledge and interests by volunteering to lead a group.
Membership is $20 a year. Term fees for each course start at $10 for the first course, $5 for the second course then further courses in the same term are free.
