And it is even better if you are wearing a onesie and surfing while standing on your head!
A group of surfers from Ulladulla High School spent last Thursday doing surf tricks on little waves at Mollymook Reef, while their fellow students filmed them for a video to promote the coming Ulladullirious Comedy Festival.
The year 11 students donned their colourful all-in-one suits and took to the waves while the cameras rolled.
A pod of dolphins even got in on the action, joining the group in the perfect conditions.
The onesie surf project was a collaboration between the Milton-Ulladulla Regional Excellence Initiative, organisers of the comedy festival, Ulladulla High School and Pam Burridge Surf School which donated boards and instructors for the morning.
Coordinator Melanie Louth said the students had fun shooting the 40-second video which they will also edit before it is used to promote the comedy festival on a variety of social media platforms.
The English studies students will gain credits towards their HSC for taking part in the community project.
The surfers were joined by Ulladulls High teacher John Woodland who also hit the waves in a onesie to help promote the festival that will feature his brother, comedian Sean Woodland, who will appear at the Mollymook Bowling Club on August 23.
Melanie said the video, filmed on a day when the sky was bright blue, the water crystal clear and with the added bonus of dolphins passing by, would showcase Mollymook Beach as an idyllic winter holiday destination, while also promoting the inaugural festival.
