The Country Team made up of 16 girls from the Riverina - Western and South Coast regions of NSW came up against the best players on offer from all across Australia
After winning the first three of their matches against NSW Metro, Victoria and NSW Northern the Girls had put themselves into an unbeatable position with one more game still to play against South Australia

Their previous efforts had won them the title as the Best U15 Girls Football Team in Australia.
Brittany, or Britt as her team mates call her, said “Playing at the International Stadium at Coffs was an experience as this complex is of a very high standard”.
With its main grand stand, hill spectator area and two fields, the stadium has all the features required to accommodate this level of tournament.
Britt said she likes to play up front at right wing as she believes she can use her skills and speed to the best advantage for the team in this position.
Britt puts her success with football down to the love and dedication she has for the sport but also the support from her parents.
Britt said that starting in the minis at age four with the Milton Ulladulla Panthers is where she found her love for football and last year received her 10 year Continuous Service Medal from the club which was a highlight for her.

Britt thanks her past coaches Bob McDonald, Doug, Wayne Clarke, David Penny, Bob Jansma Smith, Rod Cain and others she can’t remember as well as her current coach at Southern Branch Rob Cheyenne.
