After an entertaining game of rugby from the Crossley Heath English School boys side against Broulee Dolphins Under 18 side, Milton Platypi were keen to provide a good solid game of rugby for all of the spectators down at their home ground Frogs Holla.

The first try of the game was scored by one of our own English players, Mike Phippard after he received a basketball pass from Mick Devlin which was converted by Matt Beauchamp.
After some great solid defence from Milton, Broulee managed to find a gap and crossed over scoring their first try of the game.
The conversion made it 7-7.
Another try was scored off a backline when Mitch Rixon crashed over the line.
Broulee then had the ball for most of the remaining half and a penalty was given and a try was scored.
Jordan Coffin crossed for a try in his last game of the season.
An extensive amount of yellow cards were given and Milton found themselves two players down.
Half time Milton lead 17-12.
After the break, a fired up Broulee side came out and scored a couple of quick tries.
After some solid defence from both teams as well as some beautiful attacking plays, Milton responded with 10 minutes left when a penalty goal was kicked.
With the points within reach for the Platypi, Mick Devlin crossed over the line bringing the Milton Platypi only two points behind.
With minutes remaining till the full time whistle, Grant Oliver, aka Bucket, found a hole in the Broulee defensive line and made a brake from 30 metres out scoring near the posts to win Milton the game much to the joy of the home crowd.
The final score was 34 to 25 with Milton taking a solid win.

Milton Platypi would like to wish Jordie and Kendall all the very best on their journey to England and hope to see them return in a couple of years time for a Platypi comeback.

Batemans Bay Boars 52 defeated Bombala Bluetongues 17
The Boars caught Bombala napping in the first half to race to a half time 40 - 5 lead.
Bombala played smarter and with better structure in the second half to showcase what the team has the potential to do.
Milton Platypi 34 defeated Broulee Dolphins 25
Milton continue their impressive 2014 form with a strong performance at home against an improving Broulee team.
Broulee claimed a bonus point for scoring 4 tries.
Batemans Bay Red had the bye.
