Alliance president Diane Boland outlined the successes from the previous year with membership numbers on the increase and growing attendance numbers at an increased number of events.
She also noted the success of the French language courses, which are steadily growing in popularity.
An even larger program of activities is planned for the coming year.
The Film and Pizza Night will be held on Thursday, August 21, and a Matinée des Bavards on Saturday, October 13.
A French Language Immersion Weekend will be held on October 25 and 26, and there will be a dinner at Taffy’s on November 6.
The Alliance’s major event, the Soirée Beaujolais will the held on November 20.
A picnic and pétanque Christmas celebration will be held on December 7.
