Five members from the Ulladulla Swim Club entered in individual events as well as a 12 years and under girl’s medley relay team.
The individual swimmers consisted of Lara Cairns, Chelsea Pheeney, Clare Meacham, Nathan Meacham and Karla McPherson.
The relay team consisted of Karla McPherson, Lara Cairns, Isabella Surace and Taylah Afflick.
Unfortunately Chelsea had to withdraw due to illness.
Results in the pool were a reflection of everyone's hard training.
Lara gained three new personal bests from three swims, Clare gained one personal best from one swim, Karla gained two personal bests from two swims and Nathan walked away with three personal bests from seven swims.
Nathan’s outstanding swimming over the three days saw him secure second place in the 50 metre freestyle, second in 100 metre freestyle, second in 200 metre freestyle, sixth in the 200 metre backstroke, seventh in 100 metre backstroke and seventh in the 200 metre individual medley.
Nathan will now swim in the NSW State Open Championships next weekend and the club wish him luck.
After Chelsea pulled out of the girls relay team Bella stepped up and to complete the team.
The girls had a great swim with the result a reflection of their efforts.
Swim club is now reaching the end on the winter season and club championships are now under way before the school holiday break.
Swim club will restart after the school holidays on Wednesday, October 8 with the summer program.
New members are welcome to come along and try swim club, which is held each Wednesday during the school term.
