With 16 businesses heavily discounting prices as part of the special promotion over Friday, Saturday and Sunday, there was something for everyone and savings for all.
From shoes to lights, the latest fashions to the equipment for any sporting endeavour, it was all available at heavily reduced prices.
And plenty of shoppers made the most of the opportunity to shop and save, while supporting the local economy and jobs in Ulladulla.
Elissa Collins from Ulladulla Comfort Shoes says the market days were “fantastic”.
“We were quite literally run off our feet,” Elissa said.
Glen Murray from Sportspower, Toyworld and Bike Power has a similar response.
“It was good, it worked for us,” Glen said.
“It’s worthwhile for us because it provides a big boost with minimal outlay, and we make it worthwhile for customers rather than having token specials.”
Balloons and posters outside participating businesses helped create a festive atmosphere over the weekend.
Even away from the heart of Ulladulla’s commercial area there were still plenty of customers.
Krystal Catis from Furniture 4U said there was a constant stream of people through the store over the three days.
“It was good, we had plenty of customers,” Krystal said.
People shopping at participating businesses over the weekend have also gone into a draw with a chance to win $1000 of vouchers from participating businesses.
