The Milton Ulladulla Rotary Club Community and Business Awards are being presented on Friday night at the Ulladulla ExServos Club, with promises of a fantastic night with great food and music.
The awards night is always a memorable one, presenting people in business with one of the best opportunities available to network in a relaxed atmosphere, while learning more about the operators judged to be the best in the region.
With the awards also having a strong focus on recognising the best of community service groups, the chance to network and learn extends far beyond the business sector.
Perhaps more importantly, the awards night gives everyone a chance to recognise the achievements of people in our community, who are involved in our social and sporting organisations as well as providing service in shops.
The range of awards being presented on Friday night is vast – from community organisation of the year to best tourism event, from best tradesperson or builder to the best contribution to business or tourism.
There are also the awards chosen by the community, including the people’s choice restaurant and casual eatery, and the friendliest business and employee.
Of course the big one is business of the year, and the winners in various categories including retail, home business, health and beauty and trades will all be in the running for the night’s top honour.
After the awards entertainment will be provided by Marso’s Magic Music.
It is a night not to be missed, but ticket sales close tomorrow (Thursday) so contact the ExServos Club right away to ensure your seat.
Being of Rotary function, all proceeds from the night will help local charities.
