The three days of special discounts saw her pick up some bargains as she went gift shopping for a cousin and a young friend turning 12.
In fact the bargains on things such as scarves reduced from $30 to $10 were so good she could not resist getting herself a few as well from Ulladulla’s Sachi Boutique.
The purchases also put her in the draw to win $1000 in shopping vouchers as part of the MUD Markets promotion in conjunction with the Milton Ulladulla Times, and last week Marie-Louise’s name was drawn from all those who made purchases during the three days of specials at any of the participating businesses.
She said she was “thrilled” with the win, and looked forward to taking a closer look at what local businesses had to offer while spending her winnings.
