THERE has been a strong focus on mental health and suicide prevention in recent weeks, and that carried through to the Ulladulla TAFE campus where students took part in RUOK Day.

Students enjoyed a sausage sizzle as they were reminded it was important to ask their classmates in they were okay.
From the initial question, however, it was vital to listen without judgement, encourage action and follow up, the students were told.
