Her win was one of many highlights of the seventh South Pacific Open Tennis Tournament, hosted by Milton Ulladulla District Tennis Club over the weekend.
Major sponsor Karen Bashford from South Coast Business and Financial Services sponsored all the singles events.
The men’s winner was number two seed Alex Silcock, who defeated wildcard Sam Fletcher 6-4, 7-5.
All the doubles events at the SPO were sponsored by Bungalow Park Big 4 Caravan Park at Burrill Lake.
The winners of the women’s doubles final was last year’s defending champions Melissa Anderson and Lucia Gonzalez, who defeated Sophie Quist and Sharyn Stonich 6-2, 6-1.
The men’s doubles final winners were Alex Silcock and Sean Carson, who defeated Tomislau Papac and Antoni Trajkouski 6-3, 3-6, 10-7.
