The South NSW APC event will be held at Wagga Wagga with the winner getting the chance to compete to become the Australian pole champion of 2015. 

There will be competitions for solo, group and battle. 

Alicia encourages all students in any level to give it a go. 

You will need to lodge a video of your routine and the top dancers will be chosen to compete. 

With South Coast Pole Studio's outstanding results last year, Alicia would love to see more students representing our studio and doing their best. 

Please let your instructor know if you are interested and we are here to help you come up with a routine and polish your moves.

All classes have gotten their Christmas routines under way and we cannot wait to show friends and family at the showcase being held at the studio on Friday, December 19, starting at 5.30pm. 

Please be there as early as possible to stretch and warm up. 

If you cannot make it until a later time, please let your instructor know so we can arrange your group to be on later. 

Please do not forget to invite your friends and family to this event to show them your strength and how greatly you have improved. 

We will also be having some fun competitions for friends and family to compete in at the end to show them just how hard this sport is. 

The longest flag hold, the best climb and the most pole pull ups are just a few of the competitions we will be running.

Spin time will be on this Sunday from 10am to 11am for any student who wants to come and practice their tricks or end of year display. 

The Christmas party will be held Sunday, December 21 starting at 11.30am at South End Mollymook next to the Surf Club where the barbecue area is.  South Coast Pole Studio will be supplying sausage sandwiches so please bring your own drinks and nibblies. 

We will have the pole set up for some awesome beach shots and for some fun. 

Friends and family are welcome.

The new term has started but it is not too late to join a class. 

There are classes for all levels and any student wishing to go up a level please see Alicia. 

We are also running day fitness classes for anyone wanting to get fit and ready for summer. 

It is a pure fitness class and no pole involved so it is suitable for everyone, non-students are also welcome.  

If anyone is interested in having a talk on nutrition and healthy eating please let Alicia know and she can organise a nutrition night to help you understand about healthy eating and recipe ideas.
