The plaque was dedicated on National Servicemen’s Memorial Day, donated by local couple Simon and Kayleen Law.
The Laws were happy to take up the Korean War Veterans’ Association suggestion that a plaque would acknowledge those from the district for their contribution to a conflict known as one of the world’s forgotten wars.
It also completes the KWVA’s memorial gardens in Rotary Park.
Ulladulla is the 89th town to erect the monument, constructed to the same design in each location.
The ceremony also featured a flyover by a helicopter from the Fleet Air Arm Museum and members of HMAS Creswell formed the catafalque party.
NSA organisers of the day noted the roll up by national servicemen in an ANZAC centenary year was less than numbers who came in previous years.
