Rain fell throughout the game that saw many handling errors from both sides.
After a tough opening 10 minutes, the Blacks opened the scoring when elusive hooker Josh Michalowski weaved through the Bulldogs defence before putting winger Craig Tamanui over in the corner.
However from there it was all the Bulldogs, as centre Blake Mackey and second rower Lepani Waqa scored doubles, and Lachlan Moore kicked three goals to help the home side to a 22-4 victory.
