A LARGE group of Ulladulla RATS met at the Rural Fire Station on Croobyar Road, Milton last Sunday.
It was a cool morning, but sunny and calm - perfect for running.
Most of the runners did a 17.5km loop down Woodstock Road, Evans Lane, Elephant Road and back via Croobyar Road.
This is a beautiful, but hilly run. The fog in the valleys was just stunning.
Jack, otherwise known as Magellan, took Jodie on a short cut off Elephant Road. Have you made it home yet Jodie?
If the road (minor dirt track) headed in the direction Jack promised, then they would have clocked up 12-13km for the morning.
Vivienne turned back after the extremely long and steep hill past the old G-Zone Flower Farm, for a tough 10km hit out.
Coffee after at the Milkhaus Cafe was hot and tasty - perfect after such a long, challenging run.
Next Sunday, May 31, please meet at Narrawallee Inlet for Handicap # 3. This is a flat 5km race for all - even those in the 10km series.
