The annual competition is held to mark the end of their skill unit development with the brief to make and decorate a cake for a special occasion or person.
Food Technology Teacher, Narrelle Murdoch said she couldn’t be prouder with the effort and creativity the children have shown.
“We are all extremely proud of their efforts and of the level of support that has gone on at home,” she said.
“The competition is a great application of the skills that have been learnt over the term, along with their own creativity.”
The winners of the Best Decorated, Most Creative and Student’s Choice awards will be announced at the Year 10 assembly on July 20.
