The meeting will be held on Monday, June 5 at 7pm in the Lower Civic Centre, followed by the AGM at 7.30pm.
The issue of bins being removed from parks in the area will be addressed at the meeting.
A response to the community group from council said in order to provide adequate waste services in the Shoalhaven during summer, some bins are removed from parks in winter months.
About 7.15pm, an outline will be given of a proposal for a possible short-term partial alleviation of the traffic problems in Milton-Ulladulla.
At 7.30pm, the AGM will commence, all positions will be declared vacant and elections will be conducted by Mayor Amanda Findley as chairman.
Following the AGM, there will be the June general meeting at which the Mayor will speak about her experience of her first nine months in the position.
Tea and coffee will be served at about 8.30pm.
