Local Run, July 23:
Several RATS headed off from the Lions Park at Burrill Lake for an undulating bush run, on a cool, but clear, Sunday morning. Some were happy with the single loop around Lake Road, Wheelbarrow Road, Potholes Road and back through Dolphin Point, running a little over 12kms. A few added some extra loops on the flat, to bring up 15kms. While others did almost two full loops and covered closer to 22kms.
All the RATS enjoyed the scenery on their hit out past beautiful Burrill Lake and also looking northwards along the coast, from the top of Dolphin Point. All felt they earned their weekly, post run coffee.
The Ulladulla RATS welcome guests, visitors and potential new members to join them, for any of their runs. All standards catered for. There is no initial fee, just go along and join in. You are not obliged to run the full distance and can turn back at any stage. For further information: ring or text Lauri on 0438 44 55 73.
