The Australian Stock Horse South Coast Branch Championships will be held November 5 and 6 at Milton Showground.
With plenty of prizemoney and prestige up for grabs, branch president Jodi Smith said there’ll be no shortage of talent on show.
“We’ll probably get around 150 competitors and they’re professional riders, a lot of them who’ll come with five or six horses,” she said.
The day day competition will be judged by four judges from hailing from Temora, Armidale, Singleton and Wagga Wagga.
Jodi said Saturday will see the main competition held, kicking off with the Milton Classic.
The public is encouraged to come along from 8am on both days to watch the state’s top horses and riders in action.
Entries close for the event on October 30. Anyone wanting to enter can find the forms here.
The Australian Stock Horse South Coast Branch has around 150 members, spanning from Bega to Wollongong.
