This is always an extremely hard competition, as it is a major point scorer for the Judo Federation of Australia Competitors and our members did not disappoint.

This was Loui McDonald and Eva McDonalds first International Open and they both impressed with their judo techniques and were extremely hard to beat with their strength in their ground work.

Michael Haughey Cadet Men – Under 55kg 3rd place

Loui McDonald Senior Boys – Under 40kg 5th place

Eva McDonald Junior Girls – Under 44kg 2nd place

Amelie Gautier Junior Girls – Under 44kg – 1st place and the 2014 ACT international Champion.

Yuukan Judo Club is associated with the Judo Federation of Australia, our fees are kept as low as possible at $65 a term, we are a non-for-profit club and even our coach is volunteering his time, this then means all money generates back into helping the kids with tournament entries, help with grading costs, fun social barbecue days and end of tournament get togethers.
