MILTON Ulladulla Bulldogs club president Greg Cassen is happy with the way the club was rebuilding, with more than 45 individuals attending the pre-season training sessions on a regular basis.
Coach Nathaniel Morrison echoed the statement saying “the numbers were continuing to increase and everyone was keen to do well.
“There have been three beach sessions and this week at Huskisson, there will be gym sessions held,” Morrison said.
“The weekend after, a camping trip will be held, with Flat Rock the likely venue.”
Weekly training sessions will commence on February 16 at Bill Andriske Oval.
On February 27, all grades will play at home against Group 6 Club Moss Vale.
On March 12, the club will challenge Woodbridge Cup winners Binalong in reserve grade, under 18s and WLT at Bill Andriske. Binalong won the second division Woodbridge Cup last year with a narrow victory 30-28 over the Trundle Boomers.
They also fared well in under 18s and WLT.
All roads will lead to Corrimal on Saturday, March 19 when the Bulldogs challenge the locals in first, reserve and under 18 grades.
The great grand sons of the late Warren Millard will turn out for Milton Ulladulla this year with Jayden in the under 18s and Luke in the 15s.
Their father Jason is member of the general committee and retired player.
Warwick, their grandfather, also played and coached with the Bulldogs.
Warren's brother Lloyd was a top line winger and try scorer, who also starred in the 1948 grand final victory.
