The Last Post sounded out at IRT Sarah Claydon today, Friday, April 22 ahead of Monday’s Anzac Day ceremonies.
The occasion provided residents who may not be able to attend public services with a chance to commemorate the event.
Local school children, vietnam veterans, the 1st Burrill-Ulladulla Sea Scouts, the Veterans Motorcycle Club and members of the Milton Ulladulla RSL Sub-branch also attended.
A commemorative book from last year’s 100th anniversary commemorations was presented to IRT residents, before everyone stopped to enjoy scones and Anzac biscuits for morning tea.
