The Multi Purpose Centre at the Ulladulla Resources Centre celebrated its 10th birthday recently.
Staff, volunteers and councillors gathered to mark the occasion on Monday, June 20.
The centre has more than doubled in 10 years, with 33 volunteers helping care for our community members.
A timeline of Milton Ulladulla Times articles was displayed, highlighting the journey in securing the centre at its current location.
Cr Greg Watson attended the celebration and commended the centre on its work.
“It’s fantastic the amount of volunteering that happens in the community,” he said.
“The Multi Purpose Centre is all about supporting the community and making life a little bit better for those who may be less fortunate.”
A special presentation was also held for long-term volunteers Fay Pithie and Rae Lalor.
