
On Saturday a number of Ulladulla RATS headed to Batemans Bay to support Don Miller at his first park run.

Miller, who is 80, ran the 5km event in 27.40 (5.32 pace) and set the Batemans Bay park run record for the group (M80-84).

Int he NSW Athletics State Road Relays at Ourimbah on Saturday Jake Ring finished in 12:48 - 4x4km Male Open Event - 5th team outright.
RATS Handicap # 6 at Mollymook (Reverse) - Sunday, July 17:
The group welcomed the Carson family for the first time. In the 5.5km series first across the line was Fiene Schaap in a PB of 31:43.
Steve Grant was second and produced the fastest 5.5km time, recording 21:02. Third was Sam Harding, just outside handicap, on 26:33.
In the 10km series, Ian Robinson won with 50:56 and was one of several RATS backing up from the Batemans Bay park run the previous day.
Second was Nicola Rabbett with a new personal best time of 55:15. Coming in third was Jack Robertson who broke the one-hour barrier with a handy 59:36.
The handicapper reminded Capital to Coast team captains to register/enter their teams prior to the end of July cut off.
