A stunning new cookbook exploring the culinary corners of New South Wales, meeting the producers, chefs and restaurateurs behind the state’s renowned food scene has launched with a special focus on the Milton-Ulladulla region.
Flavours of New South Wales takes you down coastlines and country roads to discover South Coast sourdough, Merlot in Mudgee and boutique beer in Byron Bay. The coffee-table book couples photography with behind the scenes stories to celebrate the diversity and quality of the state’s produce.
Local eateries include Cupitt’s Winery, Brewery and Kitchen and Maverick Coffee, with a signature recipe from Cupitt’s head chef Russell Chinn.
