Man charged over stabbing in Ulladulla

About 5.40pm police and emergency services were called to Gemalla Place, Ulladulla 

Initial investigations suggest two men became involved in a verbal altercation before the older man allegedly stabbed the younger man with scissors.

A 37-year-old man received a wound to his abdomen and cuts to his arm and hands.

He was treated at the scene by NSW Ambulance paramedics before being taken to Milton Hospital and then to Wollongong Hospital where he remains in a serious condition.

The 38-year-old man was refused bail to appear at Nowra Local Court on Thursday.
