Millhouse artists enjoyed the opening of their new Spring Art Exhibition at the Millhouse Gallery, Milton opposite the post office on Friday, September 8.

“The exhibition is an exciting display of paintings in all media ranging from traditional to contemporary,” a Millhouse spokesperson said.

“All of the art is for sale at reasonable prices, it’s well worth a visit.

“There’s also handmade cards and beautiful glass pieces by Mechelina Flynn.”

The exhibition will run until the end of November.

Once again the Millhouse Art Society will host the 8×8 ehibition as part of the Escape ARTfest Milton Gallery Walk on September 28 from 6-8pm.

Admission is free, refreshments will be served and there’s a chance to win a beautiful painting, donated by talented artist Kathy Manning, in the raffle.

The gallery opens 10am-3pm weekends and school holidays.
