The community turned out in waves on Wednesday to commemorate Anzac Day and honour both past and present servicemen and women. A moving dawn service in Ulladulla was attended by hundreds of people, while record numbers attended the Lake Conjola early service.

The Times front page this week displayed community spirit. When Loyd Crome died on Mollymook Beach, it was off duty lifesavers who came to his aid and saved his life. We caught up with the cardiac arrest survivor and Keith Claxton, who commenced CPR on Loyd.
An event on this weekend will see the community come together yet again, this time to clean up Narrawallee and enjoy a plastic free picnic. Entertainment and a clothes sale are also included in the event.
