Last week, Milton Ulladulla District Tennis Association secretary Lynne Hill presented Ken Andriske with a thank you gift for himself and wife Bev for all the help they have given the club over the past 17 years. Arrangements for the hire of Milton courts have now changed and the keys are no longer available at the Andriskes’ house in Wason Street.

A safety deposit box and red tin with payment envelopes and the court booking diary has been installed outside the clubhouse for these payments.

Harris Scarfe Monday Ladies Summer Competition
Last week, the winning teams were Stiller (Rhonda 4 sets), Loves (Jan filling in for Pam 4 sets), Davis and Wright.
There is one more round of matches left before the semi-finals and the accumulated scores so far are:
Div 1 – Stiller 52, Loves 44, Cassidy 41 ½, Longworth 32 ½ and Mennie 30
Div 2 – Davis 47, Bennett 41 ½, Dunn 38, Wright 37 ½, Clough 37.

Thursday Night Ladies Comp
Simon defeated Walker 4 sets to 2, Jo winning 3 sets. Shalhoub defeated Blondinau 6 sets to 0, Jan, Stacey and Mary-Lou winning 3 sets each.
The current points tally is Walker 64, Shalhoub 50, Simon 32, Blondinau 30.
The draw for this week (17/5) is Blondinau Vs Walker and Shalhoub Vs Simon. Melissa, Jenny and Julie are on duty.
Biggest Morning Munch
Don’t forget the Biggest Morning Munch will be held next Thursday, May 24th at 11am and all those attending should put their name on the sheet on the noticeboard or contact Val on 4454 4160, Bev on 4455 5280 or Maureen on 0434 634 818 ASAP.
For just $10 you will receive lunch beautifully prepared by Maureen and Val comprising a choice of soups and desserts.
Members who are unable to attend but would like to support this worthy cause can purchase raffle tickets beforehand which will be on sale in the clubhouse.
All funds raised will be sent to the Cancer Council.
Fundraiser Trivia Night
Mary-Lou has organised a table of ladies for this event at the Mollymook Surf Club on Saturday, June 9 to assist the family of club member Wendy O’Brien whose daughter Kellie has battled brain cancer for over 10 years and needs assistance with ongoing medical and living expenses for herself and her children Leigh and Meg.
