Jason Matthew Campbell, 37, of Manyana was charged with being armed with intent to commit an indictable offence, entering a building to commit an indictable offence and destroying or damaging property less than or equal to $15,000.
Court papers allege the man entered the home between 3.55pm and 3.57pm on May 22, and damaged two motor vehicles, garden pots, ceiling lights, a ceiling, a surveillance camera and other household property.
A charge of destroying or damaging property between $2,000 and $5,000 was also withdrawn as police added a second after costs were calculated.
An interim AVO order was also continued against Campbell.
He did not enter any pleas and the case was adjourned to August 16.
