The survey is being conducted by IRIS Research as a random phone and online survey.
Mayor Amanda Findley said the purpose of the survey is to obtain feedback on communities’ satisfaction with council services.
“Every year council conducts a community phone survey to obtain a wellbeing rating for the entire community and the level of community satisfaction with council services which assists the organisation to evaluate what they are doing well and what they need to improve on,” Cr Findley said.
The phone survey will be conducted between September 19-26 and a random sample of the Shoalhaven population will be selected for the survey.
An online version of the survey will be available on council’s website from September 19 to October 3 for anyone wanting to participate.
The survey will take around 15 minutes to complete.
Council has assured residents and all feedback will be appreciated and remain anonymous.
