Police accuse Matthew Oliver Cummins, 19, of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while his license was suspended and destroying or damaging turf on Lighthouse Oval on June 11, 2018.
Police also allege Cummins stole a dive glove from a local store on June 10.
The ACT man did not enter any pleas at his first appearance before the magistrate in Milton Local Court on September 27.
