Corey Williams claimed gold in the 19 year boys long jump, with a distance of 6.23m, as well as eighth in the 19 year boys 100m (11.86), while Lauren Percival finished with a silver medal in the 14 year girls 200m, in a time of 25.41.
The final medal was won by Ben Shephard, who got bronze in the 15 year boys 2000m steeplechase, in 6:58.11.
“The race played out quite well as the top three went out way to fast, causing some to blow up and drop back, meaning I could come through and take the bronze,” Shephard, 15, said.
“I was stoked with the bronze medal and possibly a spot on the NSW team for nationals in March.
“As this was my first state medal, thanks to a 12 second personal best, it’s up there in career achievements.”
Other Ulladulla High students results include Maddison D’ombrain (11th in 15 year girls 2000m steeplechase), Lily Winward (sixth in 13 year girls 800m and 14th in 13 year girls 1500m), Olivia Greenhalgh (fourth in 12 year girls 1500m) and Harm Schaap (sixth in 16 year boys 3000m).
