Mark Anthony McDermott faces multiple charges of contravening an AVO and stalk and intimidate offences.
McDermott’s bail was originally refused by Magistrate Gabriel Fleming on July 12 at Milton Local Court.
His hearing into the 14 charges was part-heard at Milton Local Court on Tuesday, October 16. His bailed was refused again.
He will next appear in Goulburn on November 13.
