In 2014/15 Dr Davey rode his pushbike around Australia and saw the beauty of Australia in a rather unique way.
He also raised much-needed funds for the Kids With Cancer Foundation.
"As I cycled 14,000 kilometres around the country I saw countless numbers of spectacular places, but none more so than where I live on the South Coast of NSW,” he said.
“Especially our amazing Jervis Bay and its snow-white beaches.”
Following that epic adventure, in 2016 he launched a book Journey of Charity, which told the story of his incredible ride.
During that ride he took thousands of landscape photographs, the best of which were also published in his book, Journey of Charity; The Photographic Odyssey.
He has also released an array of beautiful Shoalhaven based photographs.
The calendar is available in stores and shops across the Shoalhaven, including Sturgiss and Bomaderry Newsagents and Dymocks, with a portion of the proceeds from the sale of each calendar being donated to the Kids With Cancer Foundation.
