Players came from all over NSW and Melbourne, with the top seeded man, Vincent Stouff, travelling from France after enjoying his experience in 2013.
It was definitely worth the trip because Vincent won the men’s singles event with a convincing 6-0, 6-2 score and pocketed $1200 prize money.
The ladies’ winner was 16 year-old Ella Fraser from Cremorne.
Winners of the men’s doubles were Bosko Novakovic and Andrew Riminton from Sydney.
The ladies doubles was won by Cayleigh Eddy from Sydney and Laos Pasini from Forster.
Local player Anton Willett played very skilful tennis to finish third in the 18 years and under boys singles event.
The novelty Dash for Cash was the highlight on Saturday evening with all players really looking amazing in their fancy dress outfits. Club member Paul Metzler won the prize for best costume in his Gatsby-inspired ladies evening gown, complete with moustache and feathered headband.
The club wishes to thank all of the players, helpers, spectators and sponsors for a very successful weekend.
