A free Share the Dignity tampon and pad dispenser has been installed at the Ulladulla Civic Centre.
Share the Dignity’s Milton-Ulladulla region coordinator Kallista Buchanan said she had been campaigning for the dispenser for two years.
The dispensers cost about $9,000, Ms Buchanan said.

Ulladulla Civic Centre manager Michelle Babington said the centre was happy to support the Share the Dignity Initiative to help women and girls in need.
A Share the Dignity logo is now on the front door of the centre with the same logo printed on the door of the accessible toilet the dispenser is located in.
Share the Dignity volunteer Gaynor Carriage said she was “so excited” the dispenser had been installed.
The dispensers will release one pack every 10 minutes which contain 6 tampons and two sanitary pads.
The Ulladulla Civic Centre is open from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and 9am to 2pm on weekends.
