Luke Trevor Symonds, 36, was charged with assault occasioning actual bodily harm, after he allegedly punched a man eight times and kicked him once at the Marlin Hotel in Ulladulla on January 14.
Symonds was granted bail at his first appearance on September 13. His hearing is set for April 4 at Milton Local Court.
