Aaron, over many years, manned the Rotary Jumping Castle, and he was well known in the district, Rotary member Issa Shalhoub said.
“He was a gentle giant with perfect manners, truthful, he would not hurt a fly, he was a genuine bloke with disability which did not stop him enjoying life and helping others,” Mr Shalhoub said.
Aaron with his father Keith Bennett were partners in a lure business in Kings Point. He later worked at Mullala nursery and attended Disability Services in Ulladulla. He was a member of the Milton Ulladulla Men’s Shed and also accompanied Keith on transporting the Life Education Van from school to school.
Aaron, in the presence of his Rotarian father Keith, passed away peacefully, he was under the care of Dr Paul Rothe and the diligent staff at the Milton Hospital. He was born in 1966 and is the brother of Ruth and brother in law to Scott Robson, uncle of Amy and Jade Robson.
“Rest in Peace Aaron, the club and the community will miss you.”
