Georgia Emily Dodd of Strathfield South, Sydney, was caught drink driving in Mollymook on Sunday, September 30.
Police were conducting random breath tests on Mitchell Parade about 4pm. Dodd was pulled over for testing and was found to have alcohol in her system.
At the Ulladulla Police Station she blew 0.218, immediately having her licence confiscated by police.
Facts tendered to the court said the accused had consumed four medium-sized glasses of white wine between 12.30pm and 3.40pm at Narrawallee Park.
Despite appearing well-dressed, the accused’s eyes were glazed and police had the opinion she was “well-affected” by intoxicating liquor.
Dodd will be sentenced on November 29.
