The new $2.5 million clubhouse and lesiure facilities at Ingenia Lifestyle Lake Conjola will be unveiled to the public at its open day on Saturday, December 15.
The clubhouse will become a social and entertainment hub for resident events, with expansive verandahs and a multitude of resort-style facilities including an outdoor pool, library, entertainer’s kitchen and barbecue facilities.
Ingenia general manager of operations Corrie Milne said the building would become a popular hub for residents and the wider community with a range of new facilities for everyone to enjoy.
“Our residents have been keenly watching the clubhouse come together and are all eager to make the most of the new facilities, especially the outdoor pool and gym to keep fit and healthy,” Mr Milne said. “At Ingenia, we pride ourselves on creating vibrant and engaged communities and I think the facilities we are unveiling really embody the sense of community that exists within Lake Conjola and as new residents move in, our community will continue to foster strong friendships amongst residents.”
Catering to a variety of exercise preferences, the clubhouse will also feature an air-conditioned gymnasium designed for all fitness levels, a games room and an outdoor putting green.
On the day, guests will be invited to browse through the clubhouse and tour five display homes on offer, enjoy live entertainment from the Richard Clarke Trio, a delicious lunch, plus have the opportunity to enter the free draw to win a $48,000 Adria Caravan.
