Mel, Mark and baby Jake Whipp have decorated their home in Huntingdale Drive with what could be around 20,000 led lights.
The family loves Christmas and the happiness and Christmas cheer light displays gives to visitors. Children can write a letter to Santa, and the Times is assured Santa will reciprocate if they leave a return address.
They also raise funds for the Cancer Council with a donation box hanging outside.

“We are both very creative and handy and just love doing this sort of thing and we love seeing the end result after weeks of preparation,” Mel said.
“Plus, this year’s lights is extra special as we did it for our three-month-old baby's first Christmas.”
The couple took a full day to sort and test all the lights, before a few more days of setting up the elaborate display.
Residents may remember their creativity at a house in Kings Point. The couple encountered some new challenges at their Mollymook home, but were prepared, installing 10 extra double power points around the front of the house just for Christmas lights.
“Our house we built in Mollymook has been a huge challenge to decorate as it is all concrete render and no gutters to attach to, so we had to come up with some very innovative attachment ways,” Mel said.
“Whereas Kings Point was all timber so we could nail, screw and staple anywhere and everywhere and it was so quick and easy.”
A few quirky elements such as an inflatable Santa popping out of a chimney, a dog ripping Santa’s pants off, musical lights, a DJ Santa and Santa on a motorbike, and a Christmas countdown timer feature throughout their display.
