NSW police have issued a number of infringements following New Year’s Eve celebration around the Milton-Ulladulla District.

In the early hours of New Year’s Day, a 18-year-old Kings Point man and a 19-year-old Ulladulla woman received court attendance notices for assaults on security and failing to quit a licensed premises.
The assaults allegedly occurred at the Marlin Hotel.
About 11.30pm on New Year’s Eve a 27-year-old Spring Farm man was issued an infringement for failing to quit the Marlin Hotel.
A 20-year-old male was charged with assault following an alleged incident at a Village Drive address about 1.30am on January 1.
In Lake Conjola, a 26-year-old man was issued an infringement for offensive behaviour after he urinated in public about 11.40pm.
On the roads a 36-year-old Fiddletown man was issued infringements for unrestrained children while a 28-year-old Milton man was charged with driving while suspended when he was caught after midnight on Golden Wattle Drive, Ulladulla.
Over the past few days Ulladulla general duties police have conducted 260 random breath tests.
“Although we have had some traffic matters in relation to driving, no major accidents or issues as yet,” Ulladulla police sergeant Greg Churchill said.
Sergeant Churchill reminded residents to report instances of illegal fireworks activity to police.
