A 43-year-old Mollymook man has pleaded guilty to larceny and four counts of dishonestly obtain financial advantage by deception.

Paul Ralph Chappell, entered guilty pleas at his first appearance at Milton Local Court on Thursday, January 17.
Papers tendered to the court said Chappell took the victim’s card which was left behind at a car wash. He then spent $14.10 at Subway, $89.78 on fuel, and $92.86 and $15 in separate transactions at Woolworths.
Chappell will be sentenced on March 14.
