The former local resident is out to garner the Ulladulla band more attention from Triple J and get them into the lineup at the 2019 Groovin the Moo festival.
The five piece rock 'n' roll band is made up of 'Turtle' on vocals, Ian Tennant and Logan Ritchie on the guitar, Shaun Riley on the bass and Sam Boland on the drums.
Jessica said she was drawn in by the band from the first time she saw them live.
"I first heard them a while ago when I worked security at a venue they played at," she said.
"The quality of their live show is amazing, they draw the crowd in and you can feel their energy and the passion for their music. Their songs are relatable and catchy."
While she now lives in Sydney, Jessica still tries to get to as many shows as she can.
"I will be traveling to Wollongong to see them perform live on March 17 at the Stoker Queen of Rock and Roll tour for the first time as a patron," she said.
"They also play live this weekend, March 23 at the Cobargo Hotel. Spotify keeps me up to date with their music if I cannot make the live shows."
The avid fan recently created a Facebook page to attract Triple J's attention and get the band into Download Festival. While entries have no closed, Jessica has created another page to help secure Quite Like Pete a spot in Groovin the Moo.
She's also encouraging others to check out their music and contact Triple J Unearthed by either the Triple J Unearthed Facebook page or website or leave a review on the Unearthed profile.
"This will show Triple J that Quite Like Pete stands out from the rest and people do want to hear them," Jessica said.
"I made the Facebook page to help them get into the download festival and just made one for Groovin because they have true talent and I want to get people listening to them, talking about them and give them the recognition their years of hard work deserves.
"I have contacted Triple J Unearthed myself and they have acknowledged our efforts, so they are listening.. we just need to make ourselves louder."
Quite Like Pete has recently released a physical copy of their EP, ‘Can’t Get Enough!’ in both hard copies and downloads.
